Welcome to our sensory world little ones

After months of planning the big day finally arrived. You could feel the excitement as we welcomed new Mums and their gorgeous little ones into our sensory discovery session.

They walked into the room with the relaxation music playing in the background, mind you I think that it the last time we heard it as the room was soon full of laughter and chatter! Babies’ eyes lit up with wonder as the Mums began showing the sensory toys and the joy was clear to see as they explored the items together. One Mum said she felt quite emotional as it was the first time her baby had actually seen another baby playing.

Next, the homemade cake and a hot brew were offered to the parents and it proved a real hit with empty plates all around.

At the end of the session, we asked if anyone would like to book again for next week and there was a big ‘Yes Please’!
